Demerara sugar is vegetable origin, consisting primarily of sugarcane sucrose, with an appearance of solid with well defined crystals, clear brow color.

COMPOSITION
Basic composition of Demerara sugar is sucrose with a minimum concentration of 98.5%, minerals salts concentration of 0.20% and other components 0.23%.
